Sure, they come up occasionally, but they don't hit enough to guarantee a constant profit. Just wager on 1:1 bets e.g. red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers e.g. first 12, second dozen, third 12, etc Bet on odds that pay out pretty big.
