The time you become gluttonous, and wish to get "lucky", is the time you squander all of your money. Sounds a little absurd, but it appears to be real. The only time I ever amass money is when I don't care about squandering it. I went to the the casino last night with $20 in cashin my pocket. I could not care any less about squandering it, who cares about twenty dollars? So can you imagine what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 profit in 2 hours!

A different time I headed to the casino with my buddy Matt. I took with me 100 dollars that I could not afford to lose. I got gluttonous, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and losing it in 30 minutes! The lesson my friends is never wager anymore than you can stand to lose. If you don't care about losing, you have a lot more opportunity of succeeding big!

How else can you increase your chances of winning at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never wager on individual numbers! Yes, they hit occasionally, but they don't come up enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Only bet on even bets for example black, red, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like first 12, second dozen, 3rd 12, etc Wager on odds that pay relatively big.

With the basic rules covered, how else can we further elevate our chances of winning at Roulette? By turning probability into our ally, instead of our opposition. "You cannot be a winner at Roulette", my buddy Mike would say to me. "It is completely arbitrary due to the fact that any number can come up". Yes, my buddy Steve certainly has a point, however at the same instance, he is overlooking a crucial part of the picture. I totally agree, red or black can come up 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
