Yes, they hit occasionally, but they do not come up often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Just bet on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets for example first dozen, 2nd 12, third dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay out relatively big.
